Brief Role : Job Involves extensive Travelling wherever installation and service done all across the country and monitoring a team of Service Installation Team of Engineers and being their sole point of coordination together with Service Cordinator Ensure immediate response & low resolution time for all such printers Take technical guidance/ help timely, in resolving customer issues, if any Safely stock & maintain spares inventory issued by the Company & ensure all such spares are in working condition always Timely submit service reports/ monthly reports alongwith travel expenses and provide feedback as per prevalent system to office/ seniors regarding service calls status on real time basis Should be prepared to attend service calls beyond office hours, in case of any emergency & situation demands Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements Industry: Semiconductors / Electronics Functional Area: Production , Manufacturing , Maintenance Role Category: Production/ Manufacturing/ Maintenance Role: Service/ Maintenance Engineer Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above Education- UG: B.Tech/ B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/ Telecommunication, Energy, Diploma - Electrical, Electronics/ Telecommunication, Engineering
