Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Hardware Technician/Engineer to join our R&D/production team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in electronic components, hands-on experience with SMD soldering (including fine-pitch packages like LGA), basic PCB design capabilities, and an aptitude for hardware testing and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, understand, and work with basic electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, transistors, diodes, ICs, and their various packages.
Perform precision SMD soldering, including handling compact and challenging packages (e.g., LGA12, QFN).
Design and modify 2-layer PCBs using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., KiCad, Eagle, Altium).
Collaborate with engineers to build and test hardware prototypes and circuits.
Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and validation of circuit boards and hardware systems.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to hardware design and test reports.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit theory.
Proficiency in soldering SMD components with steady hand and attention to detail.
Experience with PCB design and layout tools.
Familiarity with electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply).
Ability to read schematics and interpret datasheets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with hardware prototyping and debugging.
Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
