Job Description

Carry out the tasks inherent to the role as assigned by the Automation Director, with responsibility; Prepare quantity take-offs and lists of electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment in accordance with the client's requirements; Develop strategic and innovative electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic projects; Analyse awarded commercial proposals, specifications, and drawings in order to size the electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic project, in compliance with the stipulated re-budgeting; Support the coordination of the electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic components of the works; Gather comments, changes, and/or other adjustments made during the various phases in order to correct the produced documents; Organize and archive the developed projects; Select the necessary electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic materials and components for project budgeting/execution; Resolve pre- and post-sales technical issues related to the development of electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic projects; Support and interact with production to ensure the correct assembly of the developed projects; Maintain technical contact with suppliers; Handle the company's equipment with care and responsibility; Use the personal protective equipment assigned; Comply with the requirements defined in the QESMS (Quality, Environment, Safety, and Management System) and contribute to improving its efficiency. Prepare electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic budgets; Develop requested/awarded electrical and pneumatic projects to meet strategic objectives and estimated budgets; Plan and assess the feasibility of electrical and pneumatic projects. Select electrical and pneumatic materials and components. Create purchase requisitions and record material receipts in SAP for electrical and pneumatic equipment.
