Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

Perform preventive maintenance of electrical panels, DB boards, MCC panels, and control systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, MCCBs, relays, and contactors. Ensure safe and proper functioning of lighting circuits in guest rooms and public areas. Replace and repair LED lights, power sockets, and electrical fixtures.

Equipment & Machinery

Operate and maintain generators (DG sets), UPS, stabilizers, motors, and pumps. Assist in maintenance of HVAC electrical components (compressors, capacitors, blowers). Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry machines, and boiler electrical systems.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and hotel policies. Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions immediately. Maintain lockout/tagout procedures during repairs.

Documentation

Maintain daily activity reports and logbooks. Record meter readings for power consumption and equipment performance. Assist in inventory management of electrical spares and materials.

Guest & Operational Support

Attend guest room electrical complaints promptly and efficiently. Support engineering team during events, power shutdowns, or emergencies. Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or installations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
