Operate and maintain all electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and lighting circuits.
Carry out daily inspections of electrical panels, meters, and equipment for any abnormalities.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Attend and resolve electrical complaints raised by tenants or site operations promptly.
Support in switching operations, load monitoring, and meter readings.
Assist in periodic testing of protection relays, earth pits, and insulation resistance.
Maintain proper records of power consumption, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with BMS and mechanical teams during equipment maintenance or shutdown.
Ensure electrical safety, use of PPE, and compliance with permit-to-work systems.
Support vendor and AMC activities as directed by the engineer or manager.
