Job Description

Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electrical components as per design. Install and connect laser source drivers, SMPS, controllers, motors, sensors, and interlock systems. Ensure proper grounding, cable routing, and safety compliance. Integrate electrical systems with motion controllers, PLC, HMI, and automation components. Support mechanical teams in aligning electrical components with machine structure. Assist in laser source integration (Fiber, CO?, UV). Perform functional testing of complete electrical systems before dispatch. Verify panel wiring using electrical drawings and BOM. Identify and rectify wiring errors, loose connections, or faulty components. Ensure machines meet internal QC standards and customer specifications. Coordinate with the production manager to meet daily and monthly production targets. Maintain documentation such as wiring checklists, inspection reports, and production logs. Ensure proper material utilization and inform purchase/store teams about shortages. Support R&D and design teams in electrical modifications and prototyping. Provide feedback on repeat issues and suggest improvements in wiring, layout, and components. Train junior technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs.
