1. Equipment & Machinery Maintenance- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food-processing equipment, mixers, ovens, motors, packaging lines, and refrigeration systems as per schedule.- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform part replacements, adjustments, and repairs to minimize equipment downtime.- Conduct inspections, testing, and calibration to ensure proper functioning and consistency of production machinery.Keep and track spare parts effectively.
2. Electrical Maintenance- Diagnose and repair electrical problems including motors, control panels, sensors, switches, wiring, and lighting systems.
3. Plumbing & Utility Systems- Maintain and repair plumbing components such as water lines, valves, drains, pumps- Resolve leaks, clogs, pressure issues, and other plumbing-related problems promptly.- Support maintenance of HVAC units, compressed air systems, water filtration, and other utilities essential to plant operations.
4. Restaurant & Facility Maintenance- Perform maintenance and repairs for restaurant kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, fryers, refrigerators, exhaust hoods, sinksReady to travel to outlets and having 2 wheeler license
.5. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance- Follow safety, GMP,food-processing sanitation standards at all times.- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance documentation.- Report and correct any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
6. Teamwork & Support- Work closely with production, quality control, restaurant staff, and management to resolve technical issues efficiently.- Provide support during equipment installation, commissioning, or modification projects.
