Job Title: Electrical Executive WL - 1B Country: India Department : Electrical Location: Kolkata , India Educa tion: BE i n Engineering Experi ence - 3 t o 5 years Job description We are looking for an electrical engineer , person has to be energetic and technically strong. He will report in general shift and he will be responsible for complete electrical department (Power receiving end to use r end ) including responsibility of utility department supervision i.e. boiler (Baby boiler), chiller, compressor, Hot water generator etc operation and maintenance . He will work independently to Accomplishes electrical maintenance, training, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees , c ommunicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions , enforcing policies and procedures determining system improvements , implementing kaizens for improvement. He will be responsible for p rovid ing uninterrupted electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment / hardware and backup power generation mechanism & circuits . He should be competent enough to keep equipments operation with reliability and improve performance by following practices- performing preventive maintenance, LLF , u se of advance tools for early detection of issues and avoid breakdown, troubleshooting breakdowns efficiently and quickly, spare management. Enhance facilities services by accepting ownership for accomplishing required tasks with fast pace, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. He should analyse the data and trends to work upon those to increase efficiency and reduce losses. He will be responsible for site electrical safety and legal requirement and he must drive it at site. Ultimately, he must improve electrical and utility performance with his technical skill and contribution. Electrical Executive Skills and Responsibilities - 5-10 years of progressively responsible electrical maintenance experience in relevant field Must have Supervisory Licens e to work as a electrical engineer Electrical/ Electronics troubleshooting skills , Providing technical assistance to resolve electrical problem Skill to Monitor & maintenance work Of PCC , MCC , DG , Motor, Transformer, Earth Pits, Etc. And Maintaining smooth and appropriate distribution and utilization of power in the facility Experience of Utility handling i.e. boiler, chillers, compressors, vacuum pump, DGs etc its trouble shooting for reliability and efficiency improvement Effective leadership ability & Experience making staffing decisions, scheduling and disciplining subordinates Demonstrably high level of technical understanding Experience of equipment maintenance and efficiency improvement Safety program management and implementation Strong conceptual skills, Attention to detail Demonstrated experience in supply management, spare management , including inventory control and procurement Annual budget development for maintenance , including annual capital forecasting & budget requirement , Estimating material, labour , or construction costs for budget preparation Facilities management systems experience Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time Ensuring new installation s and operation conform to HUL safety standard Knowledge of SLD to maintain it time to time Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain relation with local government officials
