Job Description

Design and develop electrical circuits, panels, and wiring diagrams for laser machinery. Assemble and wire control panels, drive systems, and electronic components as per design specifications. Perform electrical testing and inspection of laser machines before dispatch. Coordinate with the design and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues during production, installation, or post-sales support. Program and interface PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and other automation components. Ensure all systems comply with safety standards and quality regulations. Maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, wiring schematics, and maintenance manuals. Provide remote and on-site support for machine installation and commissioning at client locations. Contribute to product improvement and innovation in collaboration with the R&D team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. 0-1 years of experience in machine manufacturing or industrial automation (preferably in laser machines). knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and wiring standards. Familiarity with PLC/HMI programming (e.g., Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi) and servo drive systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards.
