The objective is to create an engineering center with different capabilities, namely Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and others."

Key Responsibility:

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

, ensuring continuous development and motivation to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Review all incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

, ongoing project clarifications, and client specifications to identify potential engineering or resource gaps, and pre-allocate technical resources accordingly.

Coordinate cross-functional teams

involved in preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals, ensuring deliverables are met within defined timelines.

Oversee and supervise budget preparation

for electrical engineering projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other technical documents, and requesting further clarifications when needed to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

Collaborate with management to finalize project proposals

, ensuring technical soundness, compliance, and alignment with client expectations before submission to the sales team.

Support the technical and soft skill development

of team members, promoting a collaborative work environment and alignment with the company's core values to ensure employee engagement and retention.
Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 5+ years of professional experience SAP knowledge Project knowledge Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Goan Candidate will be preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
