Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff and equipment across multiple projects.
- Allocate daily tasks to technicians and property managers.
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance.
- Act as a liaison with the Maintenance Engineer.
- Maintain records and report on activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
- B.Tech Electrical or relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge and safety awareness.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
- Monday to Saturday with leave options.
