Job Description

An Electrical Engineer designs, develops, tests, and supervises the manufacturing and installation of electrical systems and equipment, including power generation, electronic components, and communication systems. Key responsibilities include conducting research, performing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other teams. Key Responsibilities
Design & Development:
Create new electrical systems, components, and products, including detailed schematics and technical drawings using CAD software.
Testing & Analysis:
Conduct tests on electrical components and systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability, analyzing results to meet specifications and codes.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Identify and resolve electrical issues in existing systems and develop procedures for maintenance and repair.
Compliance:
Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to safety standards, regulations, and electrical engineering codes.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, project managers, and technicians to integrate systems, manage projects, and oversee the installation process.
Research:
Conduct research to develop new applications and improve existing electrical products and systems.
Documentation:
Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and documentation for designs and test results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in electrical engineering principles, circuit design, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium), and knowledge of electronics.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex systems, perform detailed calculations, and diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams and clearly document designs and findings.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in designs, calculations, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Project Management:
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Professional Licensing:
