Job description Must have experience in preparing BOQ and Drawing (Design & Planning). Leading the design process for HVAC systems in various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and local building codes. Conducting site surveys and assessments to gather relevant data for system design and implementation. Developing detailed HVAC system designs, including equipment selection, ductwork layout, piping design, and control systems. Collaborating with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and drafters throughout the design process. Reviewing and approving design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure accuracy and quality. Evaluating and selecting HVAC equipment and components based on performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Performing load calculations and energy analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency. Participating in meetings with clients, contractors, and project teams to discuss design requirements, progress, and solutions to technical challenges. Staying updated on advancements in HVAC technology, regulations, and industry best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes. Job Type: Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
