VACANCY FOR Electrical & Automation Engineer

Join us as an Electrical and Automation Engineer based in Pune. To execute the Electrical and Automation related activities along with FAT for Standard and Project-based modules manufactured in AMM factory.

The position / About the Job:

In this job the Electrical and Automation Engineer would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

• Testing of Standard & Project based modules/skids.
• Selection & Installation of Process Instrumentation (i.e Temp. Pressure, Flow, Level Conductivity, etc\xe2\x80\xa6. )
• Ability to read P&ID, I/O list, check the Sequential functioning chart as per Process.
• Test & Troubleshooting of Electrical & Automation Control Panels.
• Manage the Electricians for Instrumentation, Automation & Electrical Products & Cabling of modules/skids.
• Provide the Technical Guidance to factory team.
• Suggest New Technology & Ideas to your Customers.
• Take the Quotation for Electrical, Automation Products, Instrumentation items & Control Panels.
• Sub-supplier visits for QA audits and supplier development.
• Support cost reducing activities for standard Components & Instrumentation.
• Support the manufacturing with development of manufacturing tools for improving Quality and reduction in lead times.
• Support in costing new products for manufacturing in AMM
• Coordination with cross functional team (Local and Global).
• Raising deviations observed by performing daily activities to concern stakeholders.

What you can be?

• BE / B.Tech (Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics) with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Cost and Quality awareness.
• Sense of urgency to quickly handle urgent order executions and change order communication.
• Managing electrical & automation team and able to prioritize orders based on deliveries.
• Managing customers and sub-contractor (if necessary)
• Ability to plan and execute the project.
• Management of information flow for the project and risk management.
• Ability to sell ideas and motivate others
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Should have an interest in documentation of working processes (Panel & Module FAT)
• Knowledge of PLC systems (B&R, AB and Siemens)
• Knowledge of VFD\xe2\x80\x99s (ABB, Danfoss, Siemens & AB)
• Knowledge of reading of control panel drawings.
• Knowledge of selection of cable schedules, electrical \xe2\x80\x9cC\xe2\x80\x9d class items and measuring instruments.
