Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create, Convert and update existing Digital Learning modules to create engaging content, layouts, animations and interactive media. Continuously build knowledge of design, eLearning, technology, AR/VR mobile applications and best practices.
• Provide support on existing Learning and knowledge platforms and Learning Record Stores as needed for testing deliverables. Work with designers and other creative specialists to understand the design concept of the proposed multimedia project.
• Ability to translate storyboards, instructional materials and other written concepts into clear and engaging visual representations. (interactive media, animations, video editing etc. customizable templates, SharePoint templates).
• Experience with following Authoring Tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio, Articulate 360, Lectora, Camtasia and Adobe Suite Applications Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Flash, Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition, InDesign etc.).
• Hand\'s on experience with deploying products in a learning Management System (e.g. - SABA, Success factors, CSOD Moodle, Blackboard)
• A working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI/TinCan, ADI principles Reusable Learning Objects, and custom manifests with XML. A strong background in HTML, HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of streaming, Flash and HTML5 with mobile learning is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot independently for deployed media Digital Content on mainstream browsers and operating systems as well as iOS and Android mobile devices. Experience with creation of eLearning module and interactive learning content is a plus. Working knowledge of Unity.

Essential:

• University level degree with 4+ yrs of eLearning/multimedia development experience in a global organization.
• Knowledge of adult education theory and practice and exceptional written and communication skills.

Desirable requirements:

• Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new tools and technologies.

Desirable requirements:

• The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
