The team you will be a part of

The Technical Publications team develops and executes a wide range of informational materials for external and internal audiences such as operations, maintenance or repair manuals, tutorials, and specifications and help systems. Establishes and maintains corporate identity, design standards, and policies.Collects and organizes technical information and product images and coordinates layout for publication. Adheres to established terminology, style and editorial quality standards.

This role in summary

Job title: Instructional Designer (Elearning Developer) EXP - 6 to 9 Years Division/Department: Technical Publications Work Location: Kharadi, Pune PURPOSE: Responsible for developing eLearning content

Your responsibilities will include

• Works collaboratively with instructional designers and other team members to implement the development phase of a standard instructional design plan.
• Develops eLearning courses, and/or learning modules using eLearning technologies (Adobe Captivate / Articulate Storyline 360) to meet strict timelines, with periodic supervisory review for compliance to standards and timelines.
• Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, and etc.)
• Utilize technical and creative writing skills to engage course participants.
• Modifies and enhances existing courses and course design through the use of current and emerging technologies, industry standards and best practices.
• Manages multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme accuracy and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Performs related duties as required.

Preferred skills and experiences

TECHNICAL

• Experience in creating elearning content both instructor-led and self-paced training
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate OR Articulate Storyline 360).
• Excellent communication skill in English (Reading/Writing)
• Quick Learner and understand new technologies.
• Execute Projects independently.
• Graphic design, video creation with Adobe products will be preferred.
• Experience in creation of Technical Illustrations with Adobe illustrator and/or IsoDraw will be preferred.
