eLearning Senior Developers work closely with our clients, project managers, and instructional and graphic designers to create better learning experiences that are deeply immersive and visually explosive! Your core responsibilities include managing multiple projects at once teaching associate and contract developers best practices taking the lead over and developing Level 3 and Tier 4 projects helping scope projects and promoting technology and solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and engagement. You will demonstrate exemplary leadership skills in managing, meeting and exceeding client expectations. The candidate needs to have knowledge on- VR/AR, interactive video, xAPI, and LRS capabilities, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, video editing and HTML/CSS/Javascript (Front-end technologies). Competencies in multiple authoring tools, graphic design, video, and instructional design, learning management systems. Demonstratedsuccess as an eLearning leader.Professional certificates related to graphic design or eLearning design. Advanced computer literacy and applications. Builds rapport with clients and creates opportunities for future projects. Primary Skills Professional certificates related to graphic design or eLearning design. Advanced computer literacy and applications. Secondary Skill Experience with video or animation. Bachelor\'s degree in Media, Fine Arts, Computing, ISD or a related field.
