Management Level Senior Associate

& Summary A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

As part of our Learning and Development Design and Curriculum team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help lead the design process for all PwC traditional classroom and technology enabled learning solutions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with subject matter specialists, programme directors/managers and project teams to strategise effective ways to educate and train our people on industry related materials.

As a Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Activities to be performed :

1.Gather and review the curated content from the SMEs/client
2.Work collaboratively with the SME in creating storyboard for various
learning solutions
3.Create High-level Design Document
4.Apply Bloom\xe2\x80\x99s levels of learning when stating course objectives and creating content that matches them
5.Create visual storyboards with engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer for ILTs and WBTs
6.State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
7.Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished
product
8.Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
9.Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
10.Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
11.Create supporting material/media (audio transcript, video transcript,
simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
12.Create accessibility compliant content for courses
13.Create content for emerging media technologies

14.Develop assessment instruments
15.Author WBTs using authoring tools like Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, GoMo (optional)
16.Apply responsive design knowledge across projects to drive content shaping in case of complex/robust content
17.Maintain project documentation and course folders (course index - complete record of a course - for media or any assets - complete record of the asset)
18.Create prototypes (even rapid prototyping) to make the discussions more focused and constructive
19.Coordinate with project development team
20. Understand and apply the ADDIE model.
21. Ability to work in an Agile framework."

Education/qualifications: Graduate and above (Masters in English/Communicative English/Mass Communication or Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design preferred)
Knowledge of tools: MS office suite, Google Suite, Articulate Storyline
360 and Rise (intermediate to advanced level), Captivate, GoMo
(optional)
Key personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness
of the learning industry latest trends, eye for details, flexibility to adapt to
new situations, strong verbal and written communication skills, consulting abilities, proven track record collaborating within a team environment, Living upto the PwC brand values
