About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with our marketing team to build a detailed understanding of consumer trends, customer challenges across the ed tech industry
2. Develop reports across a variety of cuts, as and when needed for brainstorming/weekly reviews
3. Work very closely with content teams in generating ideas and giving feedback for the right kind of content/copy for diff segments of customers
4. Help the team in creating, managing and implementing media/marketing plans, budgets and programs, both short and long term
5. Assist in data to help strategic direction and reporting on all marketing and pr related areas including but not limited to social media, websites, digital, email, collateral, press releases and media engagements
6. Support all internal communication activities including, but not limited to, updates, press release writing, newsletters and drafting speeches for company executives and assisting with senior management interviews with relevant preparation material
7. Help in the development of visual assets and arrange photo & video shoots as needed/appropriate
8. Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities for joint outreach

Skills and other requirements:

1. Good content writing skills
2. Extraordinary collaboration/interdependence skills
3. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
4. Understanding of brand marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing
5. English fluency
