Position - EHS specialist Location - Aurangabad , Maharashtra Job Responsiblities

• Monitor & evaluate the legal requirement pertaining to EHS
• Conducting periodical site inspection & report the findings for corrective actions
• Leading the hazard identification & risk assessment, aspect impact & EHS activities in his perticular Business Centre
• Leading the OHSAS ISO14001 & PEC pillar activities in the business centre
• Conducting periodical mockdrills
• Conducting specialized EHS training in Co-ordination with training department
• Build EHS culture in organization
• Organizing EHS promotional activities in the business cent
• Carryout safety audits, tool box talk.
• .Preparing MIS report for the particular business centre pertaining to EHS
• Preparing & upating EHS annual plan
• Ensure statutory compliance in terms of EHS pertaining to business centre
• Ensure Environmental spillage to be control, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse
• Ensure OCPs and awareness about OCPs at shop floor
• Assist BC to develop the enviornmental Aspect & Impacts and monitoring plan for significant asspects and impacts
• Ensure 100% legal and Statustory compliances
• Implement Emergency response & fire prevention system in plant
• Implement & execute waste management plan

Job Requirements

• Science Graduate/Diploma/BE/Certified in Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, PG Diploma in Environment Science
• 10 years experience in EHS
• Good knowledge in EHS legal requirements and Safety and Environment
• Process Improvement tools and Process layout
• Problem solving skills
• Good knowledge in ISO 45001, ISO14001, TPM
