Experience: 1+ years (Experiences with sales, tele-calling or EdTech will be preferred) Qualifications: Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree. Roles and Responsibilities : Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and craft personalized growth journeys to assist them in purchasing products aligned with their career objectives. Provide counseling to leads regarding their personal growth prospects in the education industry. Fulfill daily outbound call quota and talk time with allocated leads. Conduct follow-ups after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Stay abreast of market trends and actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to devise new growth strategies. Desired Candidate: Possess strong negotiation skills with excellence in verbal and written communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Customer-centric approach with persuasive ability and confident demeanor.
