- Under general direction, provides counseling in the areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection, and career planning-related counseling.
- Skills & Abilities-Good English language ability.
- Good English Communication Skills. Ability to speak clearly and articulately.
- Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition and Patience.
- Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization.
- Ability to multitask.
- Preferred - Must be having experience in Credit card/Loan sales/Insurance.
- Work from the office and full-time role.
