We are planning to build world class, advanced, quality driven primary education school set up business in Delhi and with a vision to expand across India. Looking out for a well qualified person who has prior experience in core expertise to set up, manage, operate and work as profit center. We intend to focus only from nursery to class 6th students only. Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience and can independently manage as head of such a high-end segment school to target niche area and strata of customers in Delhi NCR. we shall plan replicating such a school across India later on. Responsibilities In order to fulfill responsibilities person can be either gender, competent, decision making, highly trained, qualified degree holder and pro-active in approach. The person must have excellent communication skills, analytical bent of mind, futuristic in every aspect of education knowledge to ensure best in class service delivery to customers seeking knowledge for their wards. Educational institution is a place of worship, knowledge center where little children come to begin their first step in knowing this world therefore our focus must be in place to understand the objective and take up every task diligently and commitment so that true purpose is addressed and we are able to stand-out from other educational institutions. Qualifications Candidate must have degree in Arts, Science, Engineering, specialized degree in education i.e. B.Ed. , M.Tech, Ph.D. with 5 years or more work experience in similar field and skills are excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and other languages. Key strengths e.g. Good leadership skills, inter-personal skills, keen to work with team, responsible and responsive, pro-active, result oriented and amiable in nature.
