JOB OVERVIEW

Study Group is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Education Recruitment Manager based in Mumbai to join our Global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing and achieving student enrollment targets by developing and marketing our educational programmes to clients across the Maharashtra and Gujrat regions working closely with Agent Partners, Academic Partners and Digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be located in Mumbai, highly organized, have experience in the education field and have excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of product sales and marketing ideally through an agency and direct distribution model is ideal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Student Recruitment responsibility across all Channels in Maharashtra and Gujrat region.
• Represent centre/brand at exhibitions and recruitment events and ensure student recruitment budgets are met by centre/program.
• To be the product subject matter expert in Maharashtra and Gujrat region, providing product thought leadership and owns assessment of product opportunities (go/no-go).
• Identify product specific opportunities and highlight to Education Recruitment Director and Product Directors.
• Creation & execution of Sales Action Plan with the partner university/s and channel teams.
• Accountable for Brand Enablement activities in market by delivering product education and training across sales team, Agent, Academic Partner and Digital network.
• Work with in-market teams to identify needs and work with marketing to make available localised product materials for all key market ensure their effective distribution and training.
• Coordinate university partners\xe2\x80\x99 in-market visits and university-sought market insights.
• Drive internal processes required to successfully meet targets.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in product sales and marketing ideally through an agency and direct distribution model.
• A commercially savvy product specialist with a successful track record in delivering results.
• Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies.
• Experience identifying a customer\xe2\x80\x99s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition.
• Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
• Fluency in English.
• CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com
• Engaging and collaborating with key people within a matrix and \xe2\x80\x98virtual\xe2\x80\x99 organisation, including ability to gain commitment from others for joint success.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as demonstrated ability to work in a team environment proactively and effectively.
• Decision making, problem solving with strong negotiation skills.
