Assist students in developing and enhancing their skills for job placements.
Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for career development.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, companies, and recruiters.
Coordinate and manage placement activities including campus recruitment drives.
Provide individualized support and guidance to students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Track and report on student placement progress and outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends and job market requirements.
Ensure excellent communication between students, faculty, and employers.
Prepare and present placement reports to management.
