- Complete coordination of centre operations
- Create and execute business plan
- Meet sales/ profitability targets
- Drive Marketing campaigns
- Take measures to generate enquiries
- Ensure support for conversion of enquiries
- Push for internal course upgradation
- Managing centre social media pages
- Oversee the smooth conduct of classes
- Oversee student attendance
- Work towards building employee and student satisfaction
- Stock Inventory of products / consumables
- Order Consumables
- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the centre
- Report writing and submission
- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
Minimum 1 dose of Covid vaccination required. Education:
