Role and Responsibilities :- To guide and counsel students/prospects to different programs and acting as an advisor for their well-being by guiding them in the right direction for their educational advancement. - Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert enquiry in to Admission. Makes outgoing calls in order to inform products and services and identify potential leads - Follow up with high potential leads - Interaction with University delegates for the admission processing - Help the students in applications processing, Loan etc. - Participate in educational fairs. - Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. - Counsel students regarding educational issues such as courses and program selection, class scheduling, batch adjustment, study habits, and career planning. - Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
