Coordination and scheduling:
Plan and coordinate academic calendars, schedules, and events. Manage the logistics of projects and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Student and staff support:
Provide guidance, support, and counseling to students on academic goals and policies. Train and coach instructors and staff.
Administrative and operational management:
Handle daily operations, manage administrative tasks, oversee budgets, and maintain academic records and databases.
Stakeholder communication:
Act as a liaison between various departments, staff, students, and external organizations. Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.
Evaluation and compliance:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
