Must hold a MBA Degree The incumbent is required to build a college/region specific strategic approach to drive growth from targeted set of colleges/universities Actively approach targeted colleges through right prospecting techniques Understand their process and future requirements and Conduct market research. Understand and track the market and competition. Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, using support teams to make strategic decisions with a competition lens Identify the pulse of the college through need analysis and come up with suitable collaboration opportunities Conduct webinars, workshops, coding events or any such college specific event as per the research done Ensure strong branding and presence of Organization in all such colleges Ensure the events are managed smoothly with maximum participation from the targeted college and ensure flawless execution Build strategies on maximising the output and revenue generation (Post Event) Maintain the database and keep track of the assigned colleges/region (key stakeholders, events done etc.) Travel to client sites for successfully conducting events and doing field research Engage Stakeholders and build long lasting relationships & trust with them in the most professional & ethical manner. Key Skills: Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Excellent writing skills Negotiating Capabilities Self starter and motivated Good knowledge of tools like Powerpoint, MS Excel. Good connection/contacts with stakeholders in engineering colleges is an added advantage. Must be willing to relocate & join immediately Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
