About the internship

Talent Management Executive day-to-day responsibilities include (Work out of office location):

1. Assist the trainer who will be taking training and manage the participants who will be working and taking in-person classes from the client's office
2. Engage with participants in classroom/ virtual trainings and ensure their necessary communication and connect with the instructor is in sync
3. Engage with trainers in classroom/ online platform like zoom & assist the trainer to have proper connection with the participants
4. Monitor participants during hands-on activities and tests
5. Take daily attendance, observe and mark the work quality of the participants
6. Track and report on training outcomes
7. Provide feedback to program participants and management
8. Analyze the actual performance and adherence to the planned activities
