Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, CRM tools, and webinars Use cold emailing, outreach campaigns, and virtual events to attract interest

Client Relationship Management

Build trust with parents, students, and institutions Understand learning challenges and offer tailored EdTech solutions

Sales Support & Deal Closure

Schedule and conduct counseling sessions (often on weekends) Assist in preparing proposals and pricing strategies Help close deals by aligning client needs with product offerings

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze trends in online learning and competitor activity Recommend campaigns or product tweaks based on regional demand

Networking & Partnerships

Attend educational fairs, webinars, and industry events Forge alliances with schools, coaching centers, and corporate clients

Reporting & Analytics

Track KPIs like conversion rates and lead volume using CRM tools Present performance reports to leadership for strategic decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with marketing to design lead-gen campaigns Coordinate with product and support teams to ensure smooth delivery
