Job Summary
EDP Executive / Associates a hotel is responsible for managing and maintaining the property's information systems and digital records. The role includes overseeing hotel management software, ensuring accurate data entry, generating reports, supporting IT operations, and facilitating smooth data-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency and guest services.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate data entry, processing, and maintenance of guest and operational records
Generate and analyze reports on occupancy, revenue, and other performance metrics for management
Monitor, troubleshoot, and support hotel management software (PMS) and IT systems
Maintain data security and confidentiality of sensitive guest and business information
Coordinate with various hotel departments to streamline data-driven processes
Assist in staff training on software applications and data management procedures
Support IT operations, including system updates, backups, and software maintenance
Utilize data insights to enhance operational efficiency and improve guest services
Requirements:
Experience: 1- 2 years of experience
Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th pass with computer diploma
Hotel Management degree
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
