Work as a liaison between the end-users/customers and developers to clearly define project requirements and document the resulting technical requirements.
Verbal as well as Email coordination with customers
Identify business rules and scenarios for the B2B Implementation
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
Documentation of progress and process
Team coordination including work prioritisation and redistribution, raising alerts to stakeholders about resource and training needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.(NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Basic knowledge and understanding of EDI Standards (EDIFACT or ANSI X12)(MANDATORY)
1-2 years Experience working with any EDI software for either EDI development or testing
Experience in understanding EDI Specification Guidelines and preparing applicable business scenarios(REQUIRED).
Knowledge of Logistics and Supply chain for one or more among Retail, BFSI, Healthcare or Automotive Industries. (REQUIRED)
Ability to understand customer business processes and needs
Ability to translate technical or procedural information into specifications or action plans and to convey technical or complex information to others in non- technical
