We have a suitable opening in the function of Training & Education for the position of Technical Coordinator for our Professional Product Division for the brand L'Oreal Professionnel. This is an individual contributor role where one has to train the clients (salons) on products and services and build the brand. The candidate should have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be in Kolkata with outstation travel and candidates from professional beauty industry or reputed salons having experience in hairdressing will be given advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• To train clients (as well as internal staff) on brand-related products and services
• Transmit the values of the brand to the distribution
• Develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products
• Implement global or customized training programs for key salons
• Participate in the development of new training actions
• Make qualitative feedback on salons/hairdressers
• Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy
• Keep an eye on competition and report information
