Global Service Supply Chain
SSCBP Global OperationsAt Vestas, Service Supply chain Global Ops, we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, with optimal inventory levels. It is an ever-developing task in a progressive environment. Responsible for operational growth in warehouse and distribution related tasks. Liaise with related parties to ensure GI is done one time and Handle system related configuration to ensure reliable outbound from global MRP locations. Define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, Delivery plan for all materials for the service business, across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve EDI IDOC errors between ERP (SAP and INFOR-XA/ MAPICS EDI interface) as per the defined process.
• Handle inbound/outbound delivery documents, conduct audit, handle relevant documents in SAP ERP
• Coordinate with respective stake holders and resolve the EDI IDOC errors.
• Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting IDOC inquiries, monitoring document transmissions and resolve document flow errors in the process and resolving them for closing the transaction.
• Develop preventive action to reduce EDI IDOC errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree within Business, Engineering or similar
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in SAP IDOC error handling involving Supply Chain warehouse functions
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel/Power Point
• Knowledge in MS Excel Macros
• Solid Experience with ERP-SAP MM Module/ Warehouse Mangement

• Good Communication skills in English both written and oral
• Good Analytical skill and knowledge on inventory management basics
• Proactive and motivated
• Problem solver and result oriented
• Ready to work in any shift as this position caters for Europe/ US stake holder as well
• Flexible regarding work hours due to sites in Europe and US
• Structured and organized
