Basic knowledge of software sales,IT sales,sales,B2B,B2C,Key Responsibilities :- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.- Customer Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services, persuading potential customers to make purchasing decisions.- Sales Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with customers to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.- Sales Follow-up : Follow up with leads and potential clients to ensure timely responses and nurture leads through the sales process to convert them into customers.- Achieving Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.- Continuous Learning : Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-learning initiatives.
