Job Description

Responsibilities:



1.

Order Processing:

Process and dispatch daily orders from platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Jiomart, Shopify, Moglix, and Myntra. Ensure timely label generation, invoicing, and shipment handovers.

2.

Returns Management:

Track and reconcile RTO and customer returns across all marketplaces. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.

3.

SPF Claims Management:

File and follow up on SPF and claim requests for lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments. Coordinate with platform support teams for resolution and credit adjustments.

4.

MIS Reporting & Record Keeping:

Maintain daily reports of order flow, return status, and claims tracking. Prepare and share periodic MIS with management for performance tracking.

5.

Inventory Management:

Conduct regular stock audits and ensure sync between system stock and physical stock. Update inward/outward entries, manage SKU records, and flag discrepancies proactively.

6.

Shipments Scanning:

Manage scanning of all dispatches and returns to ensure traceability and zero mismatch.

Requirements:



Proven experience in E-commerce warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Shopify, etc.). Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS creation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
