- 4+ years of proven professional working experience as a UI/UX designer or like role.
- Hands-on experience with design for the web including; typography, color, atomic design systems, and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio to demonstrate design thinking and execution abilities.
- From a brief, produce concepts for layouts and develop these concepts based on feedback given.
- Have an in-depth understanding of clients and users.
- Have an eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity.
- Experienced in creating and maintaining component-based design systems.
- Produce deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, visual design, and prototypes.
- A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.
- Finish designs to a highly-detailed, professional level.
- Work with developers to communicate specs, ensure correct implementation, and work through any problems encountered.
