Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Connected. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to the ecommerce platform, including customer service, communication with customers, and sales. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Excellent customer service skills Effective communication skills Experience in ecommerce Sales skills Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: Knowledge of online marketing strategies Familiarity with inventory management systems Experience in the fashion industry Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
