Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire Specialist ECommerce for a leading Product based company that manufactures products across ceiling fans and mixer grinders. Roles & Responsibilities: Order Management: Oversee the entire order processing system, ensuring that orders are processed promptly, invoices are accurate, and all necessary documentation is in place. Collaborate with teams from different departments to resolve any issues related to order processing. Inventory Control: Keep a close eye on inventory levels, monitor product availability, and implement effective inventory management strategies. Work with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfilment centres to optimize stock levels and minimize instances of products running out of stock. Logistics Coordination: Manage the coordination of shipping and delivery processes, including selecting shipping providers, negotiating contracts, and improving delivery timelines. Ensure that deliveries are made on time and within budget while maintaining high service standards. Customer Service Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards for customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyse ecommerce performance metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour, and operational efficiency. Generate reports and insights to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Process Enhancement: Continuously assess operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and automation tools where applicable. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce operations professionals, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity and engagement. Education Qualification MBA is must Must have work experience of 1-6 years.
