We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to champion our online presence across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Shopify, and more. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: \xc2\xb7 Efficiently manage inventory on prominent online marketplaces. \xc2\xb7 Ensure product availability and optimize stock levels. \xc2\xb7 Implement robust inventory tracking processes. Product Listing Management: \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and availability. \xc2\xb7 Implement A+ content publishing for new SKU listings. Marketing Coordination: \xc2\xb7 Coordinate marketing initiatives across online marketplaces, including promotions, sales seasons and pricing optimization. \xc2\xb7 Monitor competitive listings and pricing to maintain a competitive edge. Sales Reporting and Analysis: \xc2\xb7 Generate precise and timely sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis. \xc2\xb7 Conduct comprehensive sales, pricing, and returns analysis to uncover growth opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics. Inventory and Order Management at POS: \xc2\xb7 Ensure seamless inventory availability at our point of sale (POS) \xc2\xb7 Efficiently manage order fulfillment and delivery processes. \xc2\xb7 Continuously track sales and assess performance against targets. Customer Service and Marketplace Liaison: \xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional customer service on various marketplaces, addressing inquiries and issues promptly. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with marketplace representatives and manage performance tracking. Key Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Proven track record managing e-commerce marketplaces. \xc2\xb7 Expertise in the fashion category, specifically lingerie and clothing. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in end-to-end e-commerce tasks and e-commerce operations and marketing strategies. \xc2\xb7 Excellent advanced Excel skills, including vlookup, sales reports, and data analysis. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering efficient cross-functional collaboration.
