E-commerce Specialist (Remote)

And we're looking for an aspiring E-commerce Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Perform order fulfilment from processing, entering customer information into the CRM, tracking, etc.

2. Respond to customer concerns, questions, and recommendations.

3. Use tracking software to monitor price drops or increases of products.

4. Research trends and promotional activities.

5. Create write-ups for products on the website, social media, etc.

6. Coordinate with suppliers on re-stocking & logistic partners on incoming product shipments.

7. Create & maintain promotions like Money Off, Free Shipping, etc.

8. Regularly update online product catalogues, specifications, etc.

9. Create & maintain product listings to ensure the store accurately reflects inventory.

10. Manage day-to-day interactions with followers & audiences, and develop partnerships with other bloggers and writers.

11. Write basic content for blogs, articles, websites, social media, emails, newsletters, ads, and brochures.

12. Develop concepts, graphic design & layouts.

13. Manage PPC advertisement campaigns & social media.

14. Ad hoc tasks

Work Days and Shift timings:

• We work in the U.S. time zones and based on the client's availability, you're required to work in any of the given shift zones: - 07.30 pm to 11:30 pm, 08.30 pm to 12:30 am, or 09.30 pm to 01:30 am.
• The work days are from Monday to Friday (5-days a week), and Saturday and Sunday would be the fixed offs.

Location:
This is a remote position!

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in product listing, cataloging, and e-Commerce support.
• Experience with content, product & inventory management
• Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
• Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office esp. Excel
• Knowledge of CSS Media queries

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary:
INR 18000 to INR 20000 per month (in-hand, negotiable)
