As an E-commerce Platform Executive you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our company\'s presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and IndiaMART, . Your responsibilities will include overseeing product listings, monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple online channels. Responsibilities:1. Platform Management: Manage the setup and maintenance of our company\'s storefronts and product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and IndiaMART.
Ensure all product listings are accurately created, optimized, and updated with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords.
Administer the day-to-day operations of the company\'s presence on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and IndiaMART.
2.Inventory and Order Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet customer demand.
Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely shipping and delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
3.Order Processing and Fulfillment: Manage online orders efficiently, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing, accurate shipping, and delivery. Liaise with logistics partners to streamline the fulfillment process. 4.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer feedback on each platform. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 5.Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities, pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotional tactics on e-commerce platforms. Extract insights to refine our own strategies and remain competitive. 6.Customer Service and Feedback Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across platforms. Address customer issues effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. 7.Content Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling product descriptions, images, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance product visibility and drive conversions. 8.Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions tailored for e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize ad placements, keywords, and targeting for maximum ROI. 9.Platform Updates and Compliance: Stay updated on platform policies, algorithms, and best practices. Ensure compliance with platform rules and regulations to maintain a strong and sustainable presence. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with hands-on experience managing multiple platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and IndiaMART.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms\' seller portals, tools, and analytics dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and techniques is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
