Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets2. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth3. Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyse data and measure results4. Plan and monitor Amazon paid search marketing campaigns5. Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms6. Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales7. Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier8. Become immersed and educated in all of the Bio world categories, brands and licensed products9. Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers10. Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information11. Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customerJob Qualifications: Ideal candidate would:1. Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities2. More than 3 years Ecommerce experience in Apparel and Accessories, wholesale/retail environment is preferred3. Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives4. Ability to influence and interact with senior management5. Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model6. Experience with digital marketing and online sales7. Prior experience with Amazon is preferred8. Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus9. Actively listens and participates within a team environment10.
