Role Klub is now embarking on a new journey by venturing into the world of cross-border commerce through our newly established E-Commerce Vertical. To drive this initiative forward, we are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our dedicated Cross-Border E-Commerce Team in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities Organize and manage product catalogs on eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon.ae, Amazon.com, Noon, etc. Create and maintain the digital database of all the products by filling in all the product-related technical and functional data Manage listing and creation of new products on international e-commerce marketplaces Conduct secondary research to identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, and economic, financial, and/or operational data. Perform valid and reliable market sizing, pricing, penetration, SWOT analysis, etc., and provide insights on new trends Manage incidents by creating tickets and coordinating with the seller support team of e-commerce marketplaces Conduct detailed keyword research using internal SEO tools Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers Handle various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports Required Qualifications Proficiency in Google Sheets & social media platforms A keen interest in e-commerce Highly motivated self-starter who loves to be challenged and constantly learn Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong alignment with Klub s cultural values Skills: listing and creation of new products,google sheets,secondary research,e-commerce,amazon.ae,noon,amazon.com,keyword research
