As an Operations Associate you will be responsible for ensuring consistency across all PartsAvatar operational activities. This includes day-to-day maintenance of processes, regular business related updates, communication to suppliers/inter-departmental groups and support to the technical support operations department. He /She must be an effective communicator and have strong ownership values.Job Title: Associate - Operations

• 0-1 years of experience working in a business-to-customer shipping or ecommerce operations role (preferred)
• Graduate (any)
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient written and oral English
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive final mile delivery experience for our online sales including order review, cancellation, backorder and response through online portal and direct contact with suppliers
• Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration
• Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal team members
• Work cooperatively with warehouse teams to coordinate all logistical aspects
• Operations-related customer experience
• Assist with customer support operations department
• Provide required inputs to suppliers to manage customer feedbacks
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) for ecommerce operations
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Should be able to dive deep and identify the root cause of the issues and get them fixed by coordinating with different teams
• Routing tickets to the right queue.
