Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce operation Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, digital marketing strategies, customer experience, and sales performance across various ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Operations Management
Manage and optimize product listings on company websites and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
2. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
Manage SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising to drive ecommerce sales.
Optimize website content and landing pages for better user experience and search rankings.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic.
3. Customer Experience & Support
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Implement customer engagement strategies such as email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotions.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve brand reputation.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report ecommerce sales performance and key metrics.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and supply chain teams to align ecommerce strategies.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Stay updated on ecommerce trends and competitor activities.
