About the Job: Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Making and managing the catalog of the company on the e-commerce portal 2. Providing keywords and suggesting placement for the same 3. Managing and creating individual and bulk listings of new or old products on various platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, purple, Etsy, etc. with a high focus on accuracy. 4. Ensuring the catalog stays updated on all platforms 5. Generating sales and handling A+ listing content, order processing, stock update, price compression, returns claims, promotion, campaigns, lightning deals & day-to-day operational issues on marketplaces 6. Working on keywords and Meta tags design 7. Handling content optimization & optimizing listings as per Flipkart, Amazon SEO, and other marketplaces standards 8. Monitoring and managing product ratings 9. Addressing customer complaints 10. Ensuring proper and timely revert to customers 11. Managing inventory, sales reports, and payment reconciliations 12. Monitoring & managing product shipments 13. Submitting cases for feedback removal, products & other issues 14. Conducting competitor analysis and research 15. Working on buy box competitive pricing 16.
