Company: Batish Technologies Pvt Ltd, SCO 182, 2nd floor, Sector-38 C, Chandigarh Role: E-Commerce Merchandiser Experience: 3 Years \xe2\x80\x93 5 Years Location: Chandigarh Industry Type: IT-Software/ Software Services Salary: As Per Experience : \xc2\xb7 Identify In demand products for online sales. \xc2\xb7 Identify reliable vendors and source products from them. \xc2\xb7 Manage optimum stock levels and delivery schedule from vendors. \xc2\xb7 Launch products on digital platforms. \xc2\xb7 Execute all daily/weekly/monthly website changes, including seasonal content updates, product information, imagery, promotions, and pricing adjustments. \xc2\xb7 Manage the end-to-end product setup process, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with web product assortment and selling strategies. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute email campaigns to drive conversion. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage the website product, promotional, and release calendar \xc2\xb7 Update and maintain website content in alignment with the marketing and promotional calendar. \xc2\xb7 Launch and analyse on-site promotions to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendation. \xc2\xb7 Optimize product navigation, onsite search, and cross-selling strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience. \xc2\xb7 Manage regular site merchandising, including product categorization, taxonomy, product ranking, cross-sell & up-sell strategies, and visual merchandising. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insight.
