Lead e-commerce sales strategy and execution across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and brand's online channels.
Own the sales funnel - from demand forecasting to pricing strategy, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
Manage inventory planning, order fulfillment, and coordination with supply chain partners.
Drive marketplace performance through analytics, promotions, and campaigns while maintaining healthy P&L.
Ensure brand alignment across all digital communication, listings, creatives, and customer touchpoints.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in e-commerce sales/management within FMCG or D2C brands.
Proven expertise in marketplace management, sales analytics, and digital growth strategies.
Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
